You will understand the difference and choose the best business entity for your business. Learn how to begin and grow your business finances and credit, seek and build a loyal customer base and create financial planning habits to grow your business income annually.
Module 2: The Discovery
This Module will allow you to develop a road map to the vast vision of your business. You will transform your business plan into your business culture, learn how to translate it to your customers and team as a living standard in your everyday business. How to setup your business Culture to invite a multi-functional team base to include independent contractors & commission base employee.
Module 3: The Leadership Assets
This Module will open your mind to Leadership Assets. Your leadership wellness determines how you build and maintain a team. Leadership Assets will allow you to understanding the true value of a leader and its power to influence others as we invite them into our business. In this module you will understand your leadership style, the advantages of a specific style for today and how it will increase your business environment. You will also learn how to implement a conflict resolution protocol in your business.
Module 4: The Team
When your vision is Vast you need a TEAM to buy into and help drive you to sustainability. This Module will show you how to vet, hire and communicate with A team who is becoming bankable. You will learn strategies as a leader to mentor, lead and Value your team and how to maintain a multi-functional team environment in your salon.
